Shipping Update

We want to be upfront with you about something that has been affecting our customers.

💎What's happening

Until May, most orders were arriving within 14 days. Since June, that's changed. Following an increase in customer inquiries, we contacted Japan Post directly to investigate. They confirmed that air freight capacity constraints on US-bound routes are the cause.
The delay is happening between Japan and the US. Once your package leaves Japan, transit time has become unpredictable. Some shipments are now taking up to 30 days to arrive.

💎What this means for your order

Your order will be shipped from Japan as scheduled. However, please expect a longer wait than usual. You can track your shipment at any time using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.

💎If your package is already in the US

If your tracking shows your package has arrived in the United States but hasn't been delivered, this may be a USPS issue. Please contact USPS directly. We're happy to help you check your tracking status — just reply to your order confirmation email or reach out to us at hello@wabisabi-gems.com.
