1. What is Wabi-Sabi Gems?
A monthly subscription that delivers ethically sourced, beautifully "imperfect" natural gemstones from Japan and India. Each box contains 3 unique stones for only $25/month. Experience the quiet beauty of wabi-sabi every month.
2. How does the subscription work?
Your first payment date becomes your monthly billing date. We hand-pack your box in Shizuoka, Japan, and ship within 2–3 business days after billing. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as it leaves us.
3. How long does shipping to the United States take?
Tracked international airmail takes approximately 14–21 days. Shipping is always included in the price.
4. Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
No worries — the declared value is well under $800, so U.S. customs duties are $0.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
6. Can I change my shipping address or payment information?
Yes — simply log into your account and update anytime in your account dashboard.
7. Can I pause or skip a month?
Of course! Just let us know by email and we'll pause your subscription or skip any month you'd like. You can restart anytime.
8. How do I cancel my subscription?
Log in → My Account → Click "Cancel." Zero fees, and cancellation takes effect from the next billing cycle. Use the same email address to resubscribe later and keep your full history.
9. What if I'm not satisfied with the service?
First box comes with a 100% happiness guarantee. Contact us and we'll send a prepaid return label + full refund — no questions asked.
10. Can I request specific colors or avoid certain stones?
Yes! Let us know your preferences (e.g., "I love blue tones" or "no quartz please"). We'll do our best, though the surprise element is part of the fun!
11. Are the gemstones ethically sourced?
Absolutely. We work only with long-term trusted partners in Jaipur, India and Japan — zero child labor, fair wages, and a zero-waste mission.
12. Do you have a physical store?
We're online-only, shipping directly from our small studio at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Shizuoka, Japan.
13. I didn't receive a confirmation email.
